Public Consultation on a change to the General Terms and Conditions of PRISMA
Change intended to enter into effect by the end of Q1/2025
PRISMA launches a public consultation on the revision of the currently applicable General Terms and Conditions (GTC). The intended change is affecting the allocation for competing capacities within Uniform Price Auctions.
The main reason for the revision is the intention to better reflect the actual market value created by demand at certain competing Interconnection Points in the clearing price when demand exceeds the offer at the reserve price.
The announced public consultation on the revised parts of the GTC will run from 15th November until 06th December 2024.
