What keeps us moving

FCFS Bookings via Shipper API Coming in 2025!

Starting January 1st, 2025, you’ll be able to make Regular and Direct FCFS Bookings through the Shipper API Service. This new functionality will be:

Included in the Trader+ package, and
Available as an add-on for the Reconciliation and Analyst packages

Overall, this feature will improve the efficiency and usability of our service by enabling you to conduct your primary market transactions through one single channel.

To accommodate these changes and ensure the continuous development of our services, the price of our Shipper API packages will also be adjusted from January 1st, 2025:

Reconciliation: 4,000€ per year
(Optional FCFS Bookings add-on: +7,000€ per year)
Analyst: 8,000€ per year
(Optional FCFS Bookings add-on: +7,000€ per year)
Trader+: 18,000€ per year
(Includes FCFS Bookings)

Redesigned Comfort Bids Page

This summer, we introduced our completely redesigned Comfort Bids page, making the process of creating and editing your bids faster and more intuitive.

Over the past few months, you’ve had the flexibility to explore the new design while still being able to switch back to the old one using a toggle.

As part of the transition, this toggle has now been removed, and the new design is now the default.

We’re confident that the redesigned Comfort Bids page will enhance your experience with its improved functionality and user-friendly interface.

Can We Get Your Number?

During our latest data integrity check, we noticed that some phone numbers are missing from contact records. This is because phone numbers weren’t always a mandatory field, but they are now required.

To keep our records up to date, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review and update your contact information under "Company Settings - Contacts" by the second week of January.

While you're at it, we encourage you to also review the other information in your records to ensure everything is current and accurate.

If the phone number field remains empty after that period, we will automatically fill it with the registered mobile number or backup phone number.

Thank you for your cooperation as we strive to keep our records complete and reliable.

Improved Assignment Management

In September, we introduced a new tab in the Assignment Overview section, now called "User Assignments".

By the end of the year, this tab will fully replace the current "Assignments"tab. Key Features:

Admins have access to a button for creating new assignments. For regular users, the button is disabled.
The tab features a filterable table displaying assignment statuses and user details.
Admins can view all assignments, while regular users see only their own.
The table links to a list of all available operators.
You can sort the table by columns or operator names

Please note: The user status is no longer displayed in the table and is therefore not included in the download.
