New FCFS Service Launched
Our FCFS Service has been fully modernized. Here are the main updates:

Booking Details: To protect your transaction data, booking details are now excluded from email confirmations. Instead, you will receive a link to the detailed transaction page on the PRISMA Platform.

Viewing FCFS Bookings:

Log in to your user account.

Navigate to “Reporting” > “My Transactions.”

Select the Transaction Type “FCFS” in the filter.

Transaction Emails: By default, transaction emails are sent only to the user who booked the FCFS capacity. You can adjust your notification settings to receive company-wide FCFS booking alerts.

New Operational Role: A new role has been introduced for operational users to receive all FCFS notifications, replacing the discontinued "Copy to" feature. This role is part of the new PRISMA Authorization Service.

Improved FCFS Wizard: The new FCFS wizard is now the default interface, and the old version is no longer available.

Upcoming Security Enhancements for Direct FCFS Service
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing security in our communications, PRISMA is extending the recent updates introduced in the Regular FCFS service to our Direct FCFS service. Here are the key changes that will take effect in Q4:

Minimized Email Templates: Transaction emails for Direct FCFS bookings will be simplified to protect sensitive data. Detailed booking information will be accessible through the PRISMA Platform.

"Company Bookings" in Notification Settings: Users will be able to manage their notification preferences by accessing the new "Company Bookings" option, allowing them to stay informed about their colleagues' bookings while maintaining security.

Alignment with Regular FCFS Service: These changes mirror the security enhancements made in our Regular FCFS service, ensuring consistent and secure communication across all FCFS services.

Updates for Effective Permission Control
We're implementing key updates to our User Management Overview to streamline the process for you.
- Permission Groups Column:
In the User Management Overview Filter Card, a new column now displays up to three permission groups per user. If a user belongs to more than three groups, the column shows the first three followed by a "+n" indicator, where "n" represents the additional groups. The admin column has been removed. -
Single-Select and Search Functionality: Admins can now easily view all permission groups with a single-select option or use the search function for added convenience.

New "Assigned Permission Groups" Card: The User Role card, previously accessed via the Details button, will be replaced by the "Assigned Permission Groups" card, located at the bottom of the page.
These updates offer a clearer and more efficient way for admins to manage user permissions, ensuring that all team members have the appropriate access they need.
Improved Assignment Management
We’re introducing a new tab in the Assignment Overview section: "Operators & Assignments".
This tab will eventually replace the current "Assignments" tab. Both tabs will be available for 4 weeks to ease the transition.
After this period, "Operators & Assignments" will become the default view.
Key Updates:

New Tab: "Operators & Assignments" will be the first tab in the Operators section.

Admin Features: Admins will have a button to create new assignments. Regular users will see this button disabled with a tool-tip.

Table and Filters: The new tab will feature a filterable table displaying assignment statuses and user details. The list will include operators with no assignments, helping you find details more easily. Admins will see all assignments, while users will only see their own.
You can sort the table by columns (excluding actions) and by operator name.
