The PRISMA Team
We are excited to announce the launch of our fully modernized FCFS Service within the next few weeks! Here are the key changes:
Booking details: To better protect your valuable transaction data, all booking details will be removed from email confirmations. Instead, each booking confirmation email will include a link to the details page of its corresponding transaction on the PRISMA platform.
To view your FCFS bookings for your shipper company, regardless of your user assignment, just follow these steps:
Log in to your user account.
Go to “Reporting” > “My Transactions”
Select Transaction Type “FCFS.”
Transaction emails: Transaction emails will be sent by default only to the shipper user who booked the FCFS capacity. You can also activate the option to receive your company FCFS booking notifications via notification settings.
New role for Receiving all FCFS notifications: To enhance security, we will restrict the distribution of transaction information to platform users only. The "Copy to" functionality will be discontinued. Instead, a new role for operational users will be introduced, allowing them to receive all FCFS notifications regardless of their active assignments. This role will be part of the new PRISMA Authorization Service.
Improved FCFS Wizard as default: The new FCFS wizard will go live soon, and the toggle to switch to the old version will be removed. We have incorporated your feedback and made changes, such as displaying the TSO logo in all steps.
If you have any questions about these changes, please contact our Customer Success Team at helpdesk@prisma-capacity.eu.

Our premium REMIT Data Reporting Service offers an easy solution to send reports to ACER after secondary market transactions. Depending on your choice on the REMIT Order Form, you, as a subscriber, will receive email notifications when a report is ready or sent to ACER.
However, this service only covers secondary market transactions. No action is needed on the shipper’s part for successful primary market bookings or bids. Consequently, you will get no email notification.
To check your company’s subscription status and subscribe to the REMIT Report Service, just log into your account (admins only) and then click on the gear icon > Company Settings (Admin) > Premium Services. The status of each REMIT report can be found in the Reporting Section.
If you do not wish to subscribe to the service but wish to submit a trade proposal, please remember that you take full responsibility for reporting your secondary market transactions.
