Yours, The PRISMA Team
We have recently launched PRISMA’s new service for LNG Capacity Marketing, which greatly increases the transparency of the bidding process. With the latest improvements, shippers now have a clear view of the available capacity and pricing details.
In ascending clock auctions, past round results are now visible within the same auction, making it easier for users to decide how to proceed. Plus, we have launched a dedicated Reporting section for LNG with many filtering possibilities.
Yesterday, we hosted a special Shipper Training session to introduce this new service. If you couldn't attend it, never fear! The session has been recorded and is available on YouTube. Additionally, all essential information can be found in the Shipper Hub and Glossary of our Knowledge Base.
Coming to you in May, our new Authorization Service will give you greater control over functionality access through two types of permission groups: PRISMA Standard Permission Groups and Custom Permission Groups.
PRISMA standard groups will offer you a preselected package of permissions for specific roles such as Invoice Manager, User Admin and Standard User. You can, however, create a custom group with a personalized selection of permissions based own your own needs.
At first, a limited set of permissions will be available, but the options will gradually increase over time.
Note that our new authorisation service will change how users get access to platform functionalities:
After launch, admins will have to assign newly registered users to a permission group if they are to use platform services, such as capacity booking. Existing users will, however, retain their current permissions to ensure you do not experience any hassle during the migration.
We will soon publish detailed articles about the new service in our knowledge base.

On the second half of 2024, PRISMA will upgrade its FCFS Service to render it more stable and responsive.
One significant change involves the removal of booking details from email confirmations to ensure compliance with Directive (EU) 2022/2555.
This applies only to email confirmations sent by PRISMA. Those sent by other companies may remain unchanged.
After implementation, you will be able to view booking details only on the PRISMA Platform. Each confirmation email will include a link to the booking details page.
If you wish to receive booking details directly into your system in a secure manner, you might consider subscribing to our Shipper API Service.

How to book FCFSWe would like to offer our gratitude to our Community Hub! Over the past few months, over 50 members have contributed, either through surveys or interviews, to help us redesign our authorization service.
We sincerely appreciate every click, comment, and suggestion you've shared.
Your feedback has guided our decisions on role migration priorities and influenced how we present various permissions.
For those who missed the opportunity to participate but wish to contribute to the development of our future services and products, you are welcome to join our Community Hub at any time.
The PRISMA Product and UXX team looks forward to your input.
We have recently standardised our status design throughout our platform.
As you explore, you'll immediately notice a coloured dot paired with a descriptive label in all sections, providing you with a quick, at-a-glance summary.
These visual cues are strategically positioned to offer immediate insights into the status of various platform elements, such as invoices or Network Point Direction.
We're confident that this enhancement will streamline your workflow seamlessly.
About XZ BackdoorWe're thrilled to share some enhancements coming to our platform by the end of April:
Improved CSV Export: Open bundled auctions will feature separate columns for entry and exit TSOs in the CSV export, aligning with the reporting section. This change will ensure greater analytical clarity and efficiency.
Streamlined Filtering: To enhance stability, filtering for secondary trades and auctions will be limited to one year. You can still view older transactions by selecting individual years and longer periods can be accessed with multiple requests. This change will not affect the data displayed on the tables.
