Leipzig, April 22, 2025 – PRISMA European Capacity Platform is pleased to welcome LNG Croatia as a newly integrated operator on the platform.

Starting May 12, 2025, LNG Croatia will offer additional regasification capacities at the LNG Croatia Terminal through PRISMA—Europe’s leading marketplace for booking gas transport and LNG infrastructure capacity.

This integration supports our shared commitment to transparency, accessibility, and efficiency, opening new opportunities for shippers and traders to participate in the South European LNG market.

First Auction in May 2025  

LNG Croatia’s first auction on PRISMA will take place on May 12, 2025, offering 163 TWh of additional regasification capacity for the periods 2025/2026 – 2039/2040. Capacity will be allocated in accordance with the Rules for the Use of the LNG Terminal in a transparent and non-discriminatory manner.

Participation Requirements

To take part in the upcoming auction on May 12, 2025, interested market participants must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Registration with LNG Croatia

• Sign a registration agreement with LNG Croatia  
• Submit a bank guarantee of EUR 1 million by April 28, 2025 (in accordance with the Rules of Operation of the LNG Terminal, Official Gazette 64/25)

2. Registration on the PRISMA Platform

• Hold the Shipper Role on the PRISMA European Capacity Platform  
• Have a valid Organization and User Assignment with LNG Croatia
